I like movies. What kind of movies?

For Pride month!
Some people seemed interested and also I promised our counterparts some like six months ago.
Did a whole educational post a few hours ago and now I have flags to make.

A good bet.
My tastes aren't what one would call subtle.

SO MANY.
I got three different companies so that's thousands of movies.
Old movies, new movies.
Action, comedy, fantasy, anime, cartoons, romances if you're into that, pretty sure I got some historical romances and drama, and I got telenovelas.
Knuckles was really into this one series, I figure I should watch it now that he can't spoil it if I tried at home.
We can watch all sorts.
Tell me what you're looking for, I'm sure I can find stuff on the list.

I wouldn't even know where to start. Perhaps that telenovela with Gabriela? I don't know what it's called, but Robotnik had it in his........ crab. Maria enjoyed science fiction and action, but also romantic comedies and cartoons. I suppose you can just show me your favorites.

Its a whole thing. Some of it I'm vague on.

Most of it I know because I could sneak into the parade because of these guys called 'furries.'
People who will dress up like primary colored animals.
Its a whole thing and safe search doesn't let me see a whole lot for some reason on the internet.
But Tom refuses to let me turn it off.
Anyway, I picked up some stuff because as long as I didn't stay in one place too long, I could take part in some of the stuff, it was fun.

Its a whole spectrum of identity stuff.

It was either going to look like a horror movie or superhero cave and I could not promise which.

[Okay, honestly, it'd probably be more earth tones with pop's of color. He's used to nature with some brightness to cheer it up, BUT ITS BETTER FOR SHADOW TO CHOOSE.]

I know that's the name of the main woman.
But Gabriela is also a pretty common name in those parts of the world.
So fifty/fifty, we'll see if we got the right one.

You can thank Tom and Maddie for the romantic comedies, this is what I get for sneaking in on their movie night, they watched a bunch.

It was in the middle of an episode. Maybe something... Passion.

I suppose it makes sense to watch movies like that, they tend to have happy endings and make one feel good.

Some people did think so and kind of is for some?
But it can be important for others.
It helps them feel like they know themselves more and Pride month is being able to express themselves.
One of those 'it doesn't have to be a big deal for you, just know it can be a big deal for others'

They do.
They can just be boring sometimes
Like they're sweet!
But you can only watch so much sweet without it getting boring or they have to get weird
But a happy ending is pretty nice
I like those movies more
Then there's Lilo and Stitch that will probably just destroy us emotionally but also real happy ending

... Whatever. I suppose if it makes people happy, as long as it doesn't harm anyone, I don't care. I personally would consider it a "nothing sandwich". Is it important to you?

That sounds right. I only watched about fifteen minutes of it, though.[it was while the Eggmen and Team Sonic were doing whatever nonsense they were doing in the GUN base. And taking way too long, in Shadow's opinion]

I suppose it can get dull to always have so much sweetness. What are "Speed" and "Lilo and Stitch" about? I assume they aren't romantic comedies. And don't you say something stupid like "going fast" and "some guys named lilo and stitch" because I will punch you

Definitely not
Speed is the greatest action movie of all time!
It has Keanu and it's about this bomb on a bus
If the bus goes below a certain speed it's explodes
And buses aren't great at speed and has a bunch of people
So it's all about that challenge to save the people on it!
And a lot more, but that's going into spoilers.

Lilo and Stitch is just better to show

Like I could tell you stuff, but I think the less you know going in the better. It's a good movie and you may love it and watch it a bunch or watch it just The One Time, but it'd be worth it sort of situation.

[oh thank goodness. Shadow hates typing on this stupid little keyboard-less computer. Sonic is at his door and he lets him in, casting aside the phone and the text conversations. He quirks a brow and an ear at the fabric scraps. He plucks one of them off and frowns

You're a mess, hedgehog. [but instead of throwing it away, he sticks it back on Sonic's quills. He's not your mom :|] Hmph. Speed sounds good, and I'm interested to see this human you say sounds like me. [he'll believe it when he hears it tbh] I suppose some movies are best seen without any expectations... Now, are we going out, or not?

I need more of these colors and it seemed the easiest way to just have them for comparison instead of rifling through a bag. [Trying to find a small scrap of fabric amongst a pile in a bag is just! Inconvenient!!!!] You can groom me if you want later though~ [He's teasing.]

Keanu is the best. And! So far! Not a celebrity whose secretly an absolute jerk and a lot of evidence he's actually a delight. [Also nice to admire someone and he's not a disappointment.] Also potentially immortal, jury's still out on that.

And yeah, with Lilo and Stitch, best to just go in blind. [There may be tears. Sonic has yet to get through it without tears. Stupid blue alien who speaks to his soul and probably speak to Shadow's.]

And yep! Gonna pick up fabric, shouldn't take long, just need to find the colors I need, and then furniture. [He'll loop an arm with Shadow's and lead him out to the street. Gotta give him that daily dose of touch energy!]
